New Jersey Clinical Research Site — Paramus
Advancingmedicine,one volunteerat a time.
We conduct Phase 1–4 clinical trials in Paramus, New Jersey — connecting volunteers with tomorrow's treatments in diabetes, hypertension, Alzheimer's, vaccines, obesity, pulmonary, psychiatry, and cardiology.
The NJCRS commitment
Research built on trust, run with rigor.
Why participate
Clinical trial volunteers gain early access to investigational treatments, receive study-related care at no cost, and help shape the medicines of tomorrow. Every approved therapy exists because someone volunteered first.
Our process
It starts with a simple pre-screening call. Our coordinators walk you through eligibility, informed consent, and every visit — no surprises, no pressure. You can withdraw at any time, for any reason.
Your safety
Every study we run is reviewed by an independent Institutional Review Board and monitored under FDA regulations. Our board-certified investigators oversee your health at every visit.

Participant voices
In their own words
"The coordinators explained every step before it happened. I never felt like a number — I felt like a partner in the research."
"My mother joined an Alzheimer's study here. The care team treated her with more patience and dignity than I could have hoped for."
"Between visits they checked in constantly. The compensation was fair, but honestly, contributing to a new diabetes treatment meant more."
"I was nervous about my first trial, but the informed consent process answered every question. I've since referred two friends."
